This year flew by and sadly 2018 has come to an end! I have a lot to be grateful for and this year wasn't short of amazing memories that will last a lifetime. Between Christmas and New Years I take these fews days to reflect on some changes and goals I have for myself. I really enjoy setting small goals, its a great way to start the New Year off with strong positive energy!
