Left Over Halloween Candy?

Halloween is over and we are left with tons of candy! There are only a few solutions for this; eat each piece of candy until the new year or for us bake something up!! I have done a bunch of recipes over the years using halloween candy but one of my favorites is Candy Bar Ice Cream Pie! It's so quick and easy to make and the perfect dessert for the holidays or game day!

Here's what you'll need:

Pie Crust- homemade graham cracker pie crust with three ingredients; sugar, graham cracker crumbs and butter. Mix all together and create crust in a 9in pie pan and heat crust at 350 for 6 mins. You can also use cookies in place for graham crackers! OR buy store made pie crust.

Ice Cream- We use vanilla but again you could get fancy and use any flavor! Or Dairy Free Ice Cream!! I've also made a protein ice cream before!

Candy- I would think chocolate based candy is the best choice for this recipe but if you like the sweet candies go for it ! I would probably go as far as using gummy bears lol also vegan chocolates are a great option!! We used Reese's, Twix, Kit Kat, M&Ms and Snickers. Cut candy into pieces and add to ice cream. Add ice cream candy mix to pie crust. Top with caramel sauce or favorite toppings. Freeze for about an hour! Slice it up and enjoy!!
